PROJECTS MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION:
This Division handles project management and coordination, design coordination, identification of priorities, budget and programme planning and control, coordination of specialist consultants and contractors, procurements, training of operational staff and commissioning as well as property manage¬ment.
The Director and the Senior Technical Personnel have served as Project Managers of most of the projects handled by the Firm.
This Division is responsible for personnel and general administration, management as well as the legal matters of the firm.
There are 25 full time employees at various levels of the Firm’s operations including architects, physical planners, architectural and technical assistants, draughtsmen and administration and accounts personnel. The firm owes its high standards to the great variety of experienced staff, to the insistence on continuous education and training of its staff and to its organisation.
This Division is responsible for all financial and accounting matters, purchases and supplies of the firm.
